I was studying the NLP Presuppositions one night a year or so ago, when I noticed the amazing applicability of them to the subject of Direct Response Marketing.

I now view DR Marketing as NLP skills for the masses.

Thanks, Adam. I've noticed that ALL lasting teachings, whether spiritual or otherwise, use strong images to make their point. Remember, we evolved sitting around a campfire and telling stories. I wonder what images our brains made, staring into those fires long ago...

that's sounds so scary! Glad you came out of it alright. I noticed your clever use of vivid imagines to create the whole scene and emotions in our head.... I was reading Psalms the other day with with the background ideas in your course, and it hit me....Psalms uses incredible imagery. No wonder we can relate today to what was written a long to ago. Glad ur okay!

I agree. There are those that hide their head in the sand, and many may lose everything in the (potential) downward spiral. And there are those that take the risk, and run with it, going for a bigger piece of the (potentially) smaller pie.

Just as I thought you were heading that way, you missed my shyness solution. Because I knew how uncomfortable the 'wallflower' role was, on entering a room I immediately looked for someone who was being what I didn't want to be. I went to him immediately with a conversation opener of some sort: "Surely, you aren't as bored as you look?" Never failed, and I met a lot of interesting people.

This was a great article and a WOW title!

Further on this - I've found the limits on Getting Things Done - which is a GREAT algorhythm for organizing my inputs.

Trouble is, there's no "50,000 foot view." For that I went to Jack Canfield's "The Success Principles." It's a great survey of the processes that are used by successful people in various fields, to help them prioritize their time and their goals.

Bottom line. All we have is this day, this minute, to create our lives. And what my life has taught me is that it is the sum of how I use -- or misuse -- these minutes that gives me the life I have today.

What I don't like I can change. But only when I act. This minute. This day.

So, no one has any thoughts about this? How about, "No, I'd put on the brakes." or "Of course you charge when the world is in retreat," or "Huh?"

Just a quick reaction.
